Son Ye Jin (42)
Son Ye Jin is a South Korean actress under MSTeam Entertainment. She made her big-screen debut in the film Secret Tears in 2000. Her first leading role came a year later when she appeared in the MBC drama Delicious Proposal.
In 2002, she won the 22nd Korean Federation of Film Critics Best New Actress Award for her role as Soo In in Lover's Concerto. Her performance in the movie The Classic (2003) earned her several awards as well as international recognition. In 2008, she won Best Leading Actress for her role in My Wife Got Married at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. She is also noted for her acting roles in the 2003 KBS drama Summer Scent co-starring Song Seung Hun and the 2006 SBS drama Alone in Love.
She is also very popular in Japan; two of her movies topped the list of the most popular Korean films in Japan. In 2009, she starred in White Night, a film based on the Japanese novel Into the White Night.
On January 1, 2021, it was reported and later confirmed that Son Ye Jin is in a relationship with fellow actor Hyun Bin, her co-star in The Negotiation and Crash Landing on You.
On February 10, 2022, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin announced their upcoming March marriage via Instagram. They tied the knot on March 31, 2022, at Aston House in the Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. Again through her Instagram, on June 27, 2022, Son Ye Jin announced her pregnancy.
On November 27, 2022, she gave birth to a baby boy.
