Shibata Kyoka is a Japanese actress from Tokyo. She belongs to Stardust Promotion Production Department 3.

In 2007, she made her debut in "Detective Conan Drama Special: Resurrection of Shinichi Kudo! Confrontation with the Black Organization.".

In 2009, she won the Ribbon Girl Semi-Grand Prix of the magazine "Ribbon."
